Why are Acer computers so cheap?

Cheap computers are everywhere but they're not necessarily the right choice when you're looking to buy a computer. If you do a search though, Acer computers are sure to show up. The question is why are Acer computers so cheap?

It's not that they're a terrible brand. They're just able to use the budget lineup of computer parts to make their computers. The other companies could use those same parts as well, but then they're computers would be priced in the same range as the Acers. There's no real reason why everyone should use hand-me-down parts to make their computers.
